Absolutely! We offer comprehensive customization services including embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, and woven labels. Our design team can work with your brand guidelines to create samples before full production. We also provide private labeling services for a complete white-label solution.
What payment terms do you offer?
We offer flexible payment terms based on your order volume and partnership history. Standard terms include 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment. Established partners may qualify for NET 30 or NET 60 terms. We accept wire transfers, L/C, and major business credit cards.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard production time is 25-35 business days after sample approval and deposit receipt. Shipping time varies by destination: 5-7 days for air freight, 20-30 days for sea freight. Rush orders can be accommodated with 15-20 day production for an additional fee. We provide tracking information for all shipments.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes, we highly recommend sample approval before bulk production. We can provide pre-production samples within 7-10 days. Sample costs are charged but can be refunded against your first bulk order. This ensures color accuracy, fit, and quality meet your exact specifications.

Yes, we have extensive experience with international shipping. We work with trusted logistics partners worldwide and can arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Our team assists with all customs documentation, ensuring smooth clearance at your destination port.
